REFUND POLICY

Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities.

The Company deducts processing deposit charges from the refund and balance is paid to the Guest by the same / alternate source of payment collection.

There will be NO refunds for services such as Visa and Travel Insurance

Refund for Air tickets, will be applicable on case to case basis only applicable in case of “refundable fares” only. There will be NO refund on non-refundable fares and meals and seat allocations.

Tour refunds (hotel and land packages) shall be processed as per the cancelation policy & chart; and the refunded amount shall be credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.
