Tour Plan

01

Day 01: Arrive Coimbatore - Ooty (Approx 105kms / 3.5Hrs)

Arrive at Coimbatore, you will be met and received thereafter proceed to Ooty – known as the queen of hills. Upon arrival at Ooty, check in to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Ooty – the most popular Hill Stations of the South, picturesque and green also popularly known, as Nilgiri. On arrival check in into the hotel, relax for the day.

Day 02: Ooty - Coonoor - Ooty (Approx 35Kms / 1Hrs)

After an enjoyable breakfast, you will set out for a full day excursion to Coonoor by the famous toy train for a beautiful ride. Upon reaching Coonoor, you will be received at the station and then you may proceed for a sightseeing tour visiting – Sim’s park, lamb’s rock and dolphin’s nose. Thereafter drive back to Ooty.
In the afternoon set out for the sightseeing tour of Ooty visiting Pykara Lake, Doddabetta peak, Rose Garden, Wax museum, and finally we end the tour with a visits to the Ooty lake area where in you can indulge in many optional activities like cycling, horse riding, boating etc. Return to the hotel.

Day 03: Ooty - Kodaikanal (Approx 260Kms / 7Hrs)

Today after breakfast you will set out for Kodaikanal – popularly known as the queen of Hills. The charm of Kodaikanal lies in its wooden slopes and gigantic trees. The mighty rocks, bowers, creeks and slopes captivate the visitors. Arrive and check into your hotel. Rest of the day relax by the nature.

Day 04: Kodaikanal

After breakfast, enjoy this beautiful day with a city tour of Kodaikanal visiting the Bryant Park which is a wonderfully maintained 20.5acres botanical garden; The Coakers Walk- gives you a beautiful view walking through the paved pedestrian path. Then proceed to the Pine forest- The pine forest is one among the preserved treasures of Kodaikanal which would mesmerize the tourists by its ambiance. This place is a gift of Mother Nature. After enjoying nature’s beauty explore the Guna caves – Earlier known as the devils kitchen but now popularized by the Tamil movie “Guna”, – are deep bat-infested chambers between the three gigantic boulders that are the Pillar Rocks which stands 122mtrs high. Then proceed to Kurinji Andavar temple – which is famous for its Kurinji flowers which blossoms in the area only once every 12years. Finally end this beautiful day by spending time in the evening at the beautiful Kodai Lake. Here you can indulge in in various optional activities including boating etc. Return to the hotel.

Day 05: Kodaikanal - Coimbatore Airport (Approx 170Kms / 4.5Hrs)

Today after breakfast, checkout from the hotel and leave for the Coimbatore airport/Railway station for your return journey back taking with you happy memories with a promise to “Let’s Journey’ again.
