Due to any circumstance whatsoever you choose to cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
Please note that the cancellation request cannot be processed without a written confirmation, we can only take the request on phone but the cancellation has to be initiated by the customer by mail from the registered email ID, which is with us for us to process the same.

Cancellation charges as per Days :
Cancellation due to any natural calamity or reason beyond our control, in such cases the cancellation charges will be calculated and the charges shall depend on :
- Date of departure and date of cancellation.
- On tour cancellation.
- Cancellation charges for any type of service ticket will be applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority/ service partner concerned.
- Cancelation for any Air tickets / special fares will be applicable on a case to case basis and will be advised to you accordingly.
