Our Customers can either select the ready products and book OR request for modification / customization.

Any of the above can be done by filling up the request form from our website.

The booking of the tour shall be processed with an initial deposit amount of Rs.2500/- per person which shall be adjusted against the total billing invoice.

Payments can be done through net banking (NEFT), cheque or credit card. The credit card details are well protected and confidential. If the user is more comfortable with giving the credit card details over the phone or offline, the same can be done through our retail office.

However kindly note the website will NOT serve as an online payment gateway

The balance payment can be done by the same process once the booking confirmation is given to the user.

Check-In time is 1400 hrs & Check-out time 1200 NOON at all hotels.

In case of any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of processing the booking. Any quotation mail is not to be considered as a confirmation of booking, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation.

Kindly note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance.

In the event of any mentioned hotel/ hotels not available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book an alternate accommodation at a similar  range or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you if any.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to any circumstance whatsoever you choose to cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

Please note that the cancellation request cannot be processed without a written confirmation, we can only take the request on phone but the cancellation has to be initiated by the customer by mail from the registered email ID, which is with us for us to process the same.

Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross holiday cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.

Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

Kindly note the cancelation for any Air tickets / special fares will be applicable on a case to case basis and will be advised to you accordingly.

Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
