The customer / user can select and book the product or request for modification from our website with filling up the request form under “Contact Us”.

Alternatively the customer can call or send Let’s Journey an email for the desired product offline.

Let’s Journey shall respond to you acknowledging the same within 24hrs offline by email.

Once the product is finalized (with or without modifications – done offline) and the tour is ready to be booked; then the booking of the tour shall be processed with an initial processing deposit amount of Rs.3000/- per person (provided the tour is well before the 15-days travel period); which shall be then adjusted against the total billing invoice.

Rooms will be subject to availability at the time of processing the booking. Any quotation mail is not to be considered as a confirmation of booking, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation.

Kindly note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you in writing.

In the event of any mentioned hotel/ hotels not available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book an alternate accommodation at a similar range or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you if any.

In case of any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

Confirmations of the booking / tour will be sent to the customer offline by email/ whatsApp by pdf document.

Full payments have to be done for tours 15 days prior to travel date for both domestic and international tours.

Advance / Full Payments by the customer will then be done either “online” through net-banking (NEFT), credit / debit card through Let’s Journey payment gateway (link provided) or “offline” through cheque. The credit card details are well protected and confidential.

However website will NOT serve as an online payment gateway
Once the full payment is received by Let’s Journey, we shall release the “travel docket” comprising of your hotel and land vouchers, add-ons if taken like, visa, air tickets, travel insurance etc. which the customer shall carry along with them on the tour to avail of all the paid services.

Any additional or extra services taken by the customer during the tour, shall be settled by the customer directly on the spot for that particular service.
